- Managing Director Ilhoon Kim joined KPMG in 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience, primarily in financial due diligence, model reviews, buy-side and sell-side advisory, accounting advisory, and post-deal support.
- He has broad experience supporting global and leading Korean private equity firms, domestic and international large corporates, and mid-market companies with transactions related to expansion in Korea and abroad, and has served as project leader on major mega-deals.
- In particular, he has extensive client relationships and engagement experience in infrastructure and energy.
