Samjong KPMG M&A Center Online has migrated from its previous system to a new one and has discontinued its membership registration and member account functions. As a result, the handling of existing member information has changed, as described below.

1. Deletion of Existing Membership Information
The renewed Samjong KPMG M&A Center Online can be used without registration. Existing member accounts have not been transferred to the new system, and information collected during membership registration will be deleted as the registration function has been discontinued.
However, existing members' email addresses will be used temporarily, solely to send a one-time notification email about these changes. After this email is sent, those email addresses will be deleted along with any other membership information that has no separate basis for retention.

2. Notification Email
A one-time email will be sent to existing members to notify them of the renewal of Samjong KPMG M&A Center Online and the discontinuation of the membership registration function. This email will be sent to all existing members regardless of whether they subscribed to the mailing service, and will be used solely to inform them of these changes and of how their personal information is handled.

3. Discontinuation of the Previous Mailing Service and Re-subscription
The previous mailing service has been discontinued. Even if you previously consented to receive the mailing service, that consent does not carry over to the mailing service of the renewed Samjong KPMG M&A Center Online. If you wish to receive the mailing service going forward, please subscribe again on Samjong KPMG M&A Center Online. The new mailing service will be provided only to those who subscribe anew.

4. Retention of Information Entered While Using Services
Separately from membership information, information you entered directly while using services on the previous system is managed as a record of those services. This includes personal information such as contact details provided for service delivery or related communication.
Such information will be retained for three years in accordance with applicable regulations and then destroyed. During the retention period, it will be processed only to the extent necessary for the purpose of retention.

5. Requests for Deletion, Inquiries, and Objections
If you wish to have all of your personal information destroyed, including information used temporarily or retained separately under this notice, or if you have any inquiries or objections regarding the handling of your personal information, please contact the person below. We will review your request and inform you of the outcome.
Please note that information that must be retained for a certain period to ensure proper service delivery may not be deleted immediately. In such cases, we will inform you of the information to be retained and the reason, and will destroy it once the retention period ends.
